Ginger McGuire

Our founder, Bernadette “Ginger” McGuire, has over 17 years of experience with a broad range of challenging immigration cases.  Her command of immigration law and emphasis on personal service has achieved results for clients across the country and overseas.Staying ahead of the law’s frequent changes is Ginger’s passion and practice.

Ginger has served as an elected officer of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Colorado Chapter (2006-2010) and served as Chapter President in 2009-2010. She also served as an elected officer of the New Members Division of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ginger has served as agency liaison on behalf of the Colorado Chapter to the Denver Executive Office for Immigration Review and to the GEO Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado.
